I thought I would put into writing how pleased my wife and I are with the installation of our new combi boiler. When you were pricing the job, I was impressed with the clarity and knowledge you gave me in choosing the right boiler for the job.

Also I commend you on your patience and understanding working with the number of children and dog in the house and on not leaving the household without heating or hot water throughout the complete installation.

The boiler is working so much better than our previous boiler, as you said it would I might add and I have seen a big difference already in our fuel bills.

I’d just like to say a big thank you for the work you did this week replacing our 20 year old boiler.

The arrangements were clear and you arrived on time on the appointed day. We left you to your work and went on our way to work. Amazingly, we arrived home to find everything had been done so that we had the new boiler with both heating and hot water already working-it was a freezing day outside and we had anticipated at least one cold evening ! Everything was left clean and tidy which was also appreciated. the new system is so much quieter and the house is immediately warmer.
